APPROX 1 WEEK BEFORE THE COMP.
The Organiser will give the Starter details of the Draw. The Starter then needs to collect an appropriate number of scorecards from Little Hay.
ONE DAY BEFORE THE COMP.
The Organiser will send details of any changes including handicaps. The Starter then needs to write out the scorecards.
The Organiser will notify the Starter of who is to receive the collected prize money.
ON THE DAY OF THE COMP.
Collect prize money (currently £2 per player) keeping a record of who has paid.
Issue Scorecards, keeping to draw where possible but keeping to time whilst allowing for late arrivals and “no shows” and ensuring that all groups have at least 2 players.
Please issue cards in timed groups once all members of the group have arrived.
Notify each group of any restrictions – GUR, Winter Rules etc as appropriate.
Give, to the Complex reception, a copy of the list of all people who have started.
If playing, tee off in the last group.
Pass the collected prize money and record of who paid to designated receiver.
