Thomas Wins Both The April Medal & Gold Cup

Saturday A cold and frosty morning soon warmed up for young Thomas Ashton winning both the April medal and Gold Cup.

Seven players were in the mix to win this years Gold Cup having won a Medal last season but Thomas’s impressive 3 under par nett 69 saw him claim both trophy’s beating Tom Wood by 3 shots.

Nigel Hopkinson’s nett 72 won the division 2 medal beating Ivan Lawrence by 4 shots
