| Christmas Opening The Clubhouse will be open at the following times over the festive period: Christmas Eve: 8am – 4pm Christmas / Boxing Day: Course Closed 27th / 28th: 10am – 2pm 29th / 30th / 31st: 8am – 4pm New Year’s Day: Course Closed 2nd / 3rd Jan: 10am – 2pm Wormcasts As many of you have noticed, and as we have written about previously, wormcasts are a significant challenge for all golf courses. BIGGA (British and International Greenkeepers Association) state: ‘Unfortunately for many golf courses, there is no effective way of managing worm casts. It is important that golfers understand this and exercise patience as the greenkeeping team seeks to reduce the impact as much as possible.’ For more information, please click here. Driving Range Closure We will be making essential repairs to the driving range netting which will result in some closures. We are waiting for confirmation but repairs are likely to take place early February and will last approximately 3 weeks. Course Closures due to Bad Weather In the event that we have to close the course, our new booking system allows us to email everyone who has booked a round.
